Placer County Process Service accepts documents in the following options:

Clients without an established account must pre-pay for services rendered. PCPS accepts personal and business checks, cashiers checks, money orders and for your convenience we also accept MasterCard and Visa. We are accepting new clients providing you meet the business criteria required by PCPS.

Each service of process is allowed three (3) attempts per defendant. Provide us with the documents you would like served, payment for that area and defendant(s) and the current address of the defendant or Respondent. The more information provided about the defendant/Respondent, the easier and cheaper the service will be. We perform the service of process and provide you with a proof of service signed under penalty of perjury. We can also provide a video of the service should that be required.

You may prepare your documents in PDF form and email them to this office pcps2400@att.net. Because PDF only produces one copy per print, you will need to pay for any additional copies we will need to produce.

You may mail them to us via the U.S. mail with postage fully pre-paid. Be sure to include the extra copies needed for each defendant. 

You may overnight them to our office via Fed-ex, UPS or any other overnight service of your choosing. Be sure to have the document package released without signature as we are in and out of the office throughout the week. There is a document drop slot in our office door for this type of delivery. Be sure to include the proper amount of copies.

You may hand deliver them to our office. Should the office be vacant at the time of your arrival, feel free to drop them in our document drop slot and we will contact you once we review the information. Be sure to include the proper amount of copies or should you have any questions feel free to call.

All documents will be mailed back to your office, unless other arrangements are made.
There is an additional fee of $65.00 for priority rush, service of process.
